Email Payment

Email payment is a convenient, fast and secure way to send invoices to your customers via email. The customer will receive an email containing a payment request (or online invoice). Your customer can pay the bill via the url provided in the email.


The features on this product are perfect for those of you who do business as a retailer. Also for those of you who want to adjust the product quantity before billing your customers.


The following is how the iPay88 Thailand Email Payment works


1. How to Access Email Payment

  • Step 1: Go to this URL -> https://payment.ipay88.co.th/VirtualTerminal/Login.asp
  • Step 2: System Log in – Enter your Merchant code, User Name and Password
  • Step 3: Click ‘Submit’ button to continue

2. Email Payment Creation

  • Step 1: Click ‘Mail Payment’ button to switch from Virtual Terminal (default mode) to Email Payment
  • Step 2: Enter all required information in the respective column
    • Check to box beside ‘CC to Merchant’ if you would like to receive email payment copy to your email address
    • Currency selection only available for Multi-currency gateway merchant
    • Remark can be used to record additional info such as Member card No., Invoice No., Passport No., etc.
  • Step 3: Click ‘Submit’ button to continue

3. Creation Confirmation

  • Step 1: Recheck Payment details
  • Step 2: Click ‘Confirm Payment’ button

4. How to Pay (Customer’s side)

  • Step 1: The customer have to login their email inbox to check incoming email. They have to open an email from iPay88 Sales.

  • The customer has to click ‘Pay Now’ to go to the next step

  • Step 3: The customer will see this payment window and there are many payment methods where they can choose to make a payment.
  • In the example, Credit Card was chosen. Then, click ‘Submit’ button to continue

  • Step 4: The customer have to recheck the payment detail and then click ‘Continue’ button to go to the next step

  • Step 5: The customer have to enter their payment card details. Then, click ‘Proceed’ button.

  • Step 6: The customer have to enter OTP and then click ‘Authenticate’ button to continue to the payment result page

    At the same time, the customer will receive SMS from their card issuer regarding OTP
